The I Ibero-American Systemic Solutions Congress for Organizational Transformation took place on November 28-30, 2018, being the first Ibero-American congress in Spain. The congress focused on concrete solutions to complex problems, that differentiates the concepts and methodologies from Systemic Thinking and Design, Cybernetics, studies on Complexity and the impact of new technologies on society, people, and organizations; this is the challenge posed by the changes of the 21st century.
